The Texas Rainwater Catchment Association (TRCA) was created to provide the citizens of Texas with credible information and resources on rainwater collection, to promote the advancement of rainwater conservation and to work with state, county and other local governmental units in promoting rainwater catchment.

The goals of our organization are;

 
1. Take an active role in the state to provide information and education on rainwater catchment pertaining to health and services by establishing workshops and providing educational activities.
2. Develop, publish and maintain a directory of information on suppliers, installers, designers, maintainers, inspectors and testers throughout the State of Texas.
3. Develop and maintain a website that provides rainwater catchment information regarding ordinances, new technologies, safety, health, events and news. Testing
The Texas Rainwater Catchment Association is a chapter of the American Rainwater Catchment Systems Association. (pending ARCSA approval)
