Accessing your Member Profile
You must log in in order to view your member profile. Your login Id is your email address which you registered with TRCA. Your password was sent to you in a separate email. If you do not remember your password, click on the Forgot Password link and an automated email will be sent to you with instructions for reestablishing a password.
If you are a paid member and you did not receive an email with your password, please send an email to the treasurer, and he will research your membership.

To change any information in your profile, click on the Edit Profile button. You can now change your personal and business information. By clicking on the other links at the top of the profile page (for example, Privacy), you can also change other information. To change your password, scroll down to the bottom right corner of your profile information.

Here is information on how you can control what information people see about you. You can hide information, let anyone see information or let only members see certain information. There are three directory pages that are available to the public (Individuals, Combined, and Business). You may restrict or show profile fields by changing the privacy settings.
Each directory listing can be searched using the search functions. If the search is conducted by a member of the public, only information set as publicly visible is included in the search. If, for example, you restrict your phone number to members only, the public will not find the phone number, but a member would.

Business Membership vs.Individual Membership Profiles
Individual member profile information appears in the Individual Member Directory and the Combined Member Directory in order by last name. The Business Member Directory is sorted by business name.
Business memberships provide fields for additional information (Website, Products and Services, Photo Album) that are displayed when you click on the member line of a directory. The additional fields are initially empty and are filled in by editing the business member profile.

Adding Names to your Business Membership
A business membership can include up to 4 people in its membership. The person who establishes the business membership account is designated as the adminstrator of the business membership. That person will receive renewal notices and be responsible for maintaining the membership. If you are designated as the adminstrator, you can add and delete names from the business membership. To add a name, click on the Add Member button in the profile and enter all of the information. Individuals listed as part of a business membership will appear in the member directory and combined directory and can receive emails from TRCA.
